SUMMARY: Carry out key objectives to both assist and provide a leadership role in the field operations related to shale well production and midstream operations out of our Hughesville, PA location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned: 1. Develop and organize Maintain X software utilized to track maintenance, inspections and inventory across the company. 2. Develop specifications for maintenance of equipment and through the MOC process recommend changes as operating conditions change 3. Provide oversight and technical support to the operations I&E staff in troubleshooting the RTU and other electronics and recommending and sources alternatives as operating conditions change 4. Participate in teams to ensure safe and efficient commissioning of new wells and facilities. 5. Participates in team projects. Ensure facilities and infrastructure designs and installations are completed and approved by operations team. 6. Participate in work over, plugging and asset decommissioning activities. 7. Responsible for gathering and analyzing fluid samples (oil, condensate, gas, glycol & water). 8. Develop a strong working relationship with field operations personnel. 9. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company HSE training requirements and policies. 10. Prepares post project analysis of completed projects (Post Audits). Qualifications 1. Degree in engineering or related science 2. 1-3 years of experience in production or midstream operations. 3. Understanding of wellbores, facilities, compression and pipelines 4. Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills 5.
