Maintenance Supervisor

In this role, you will leadership of the hourly maintenance work force. This individual will be responsible for planning maintenance activities and to oversee maintenance functions such as preventative maintenance, repairs, new equipment installation, process improvements and facility construction. This individual will also be expected to foster a progressive work force using innovative techniques. Plan, direct, and supervise. Responsible and accountable for adherence to procedures, quality, production, maintenance, safety and schedules on assigned shifts; promote effective team member/Company relations to help improve customer service and Company profits. *Position will be night shift 7pm - 4am, 5 days a week*
